To obtain a new password, simply take the following steps:
  • Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login box.
  • Enter your Username & E-mail then press "Submit".
What can I do if I forget my Member ID and password?

If you forget your Trade India Online Member ID and Password, Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login box and "Submit Support Request now" Complete the request form and click "Submit Request". This request goes to Customer service. Once your Identity is verified, your Member ID & Password will be send to your registered email address.

How can I change my password?

To change your password, please take the following steps:
  • Sign in at My Company In Tradindiaonline Home Page; with your current password;
  • Click "Change Password" in "Member Information ."
  • Input your current "Password" and Submit; then Input your new Password and "update"
How can I keep my account secure?

To keep your Trade India Online account secure, please bear in mind the following points:
  • Choose a password that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess. Passwords are case sensitive and can include numbers and characters (e.g.: 1oOKd1lPck1) .
  • Change your password when necessary. If at any time you become concerned about the security of your password, you can always change it online. For more information about how to change your password, please read "How can I change my password?"
  • Always sign out completely. If you use a public or shared computer, it's important that you always sign out completely at the end of each session by clicking the "Sign Out" link. Doing this will remove the possibility that another person could use the same computer to view the contents of your account.

On the page of the message that interests you:

  • Click "Inquire Now"
  • Fill out the Inquiry form
  • Click "Send".

Go to My company; Incoming Inquiries of the message that interests you:

  • Click "Reply" and you get option "Message", "Request for Quote", "Quotation" "Purchase Order"
  • Fill out the form
  • Click "Send"
How to post a new trade lead?
  • Login Tradeindiaonline
  • Click on 'Trade Leads' in My Company, (left navigation panel)
  • Click 'Post'
  • Complete the description and click 'Submit'
How to find my product's category?

Sometimes you may find it is not easy to find the right categories in which to place your products. Here is a good tip. First, type the product name into the search box on the Trade India Online homepage and then click "Search". When the search results appear, you will find the most relevant categories for your products.
When you click the subject of the trade lead you can see the right catalog.

How to Add new product?


Go to Product Catalogs and Click "Add new product", Fill out the Basic information, Upload, Additional Information (If have) and click "Submit"

Can I send an inquiry if I'm not a member?

Yes. Click "Inquiry Now ", If you are not member of Tradeindiaonline, then press "Continue" for No I just want to Inquiry.
As a member, you can save your inquiries to "Outgoing inquiries" in My Company.

How can I search for information on Tradeindiaonline?

You can search for information in Trade Leads, Product Catalogs and Company Directories using the following procedure:

For sellers:
1. Enter keywords (product type or brand) in the search box on the Tradeindiaonline.com home page
2. Select "Trade Leads"
3. Click "Search" to view a list of matching trade leads
4. You can contact traders directly by clicking "Inquiry Now" on each company's page

For buyers:
1. Enter keywords (product type or brand) in the search box on the Tradeindiaonline.com home page
2. Select "Trade Leads"
3. Click "Search" to view a list of matching trade leads
4. You can contact traders directly by clicking "Inquiry Now" on each company's page
