To have your password reset, supply your tradeindiaonline.com user account name (username) and the email address you associated with this user account (either at time of account registration, or changed later via the update member info page. for that click on the "Submit Support Request now! " button.
If you successfully provided your username and the associated email address, we will send you via email. For reason of security, you should not provide this confirmation to anyone, including TradeIndiaOnline staff (we won't ask for it).
If you are unsure of which email address you associated with this account, you can try all of your mail accounts. The mail containing the password hash will be sent only to the email address listed on your account, only if you supply the correct username and email address for that account.
